随着中原油田产量的递减,中洛线(中原油田—洛阳)的输量也明显减少。为了避免反输,降低输油成本,中洛线在采用添加降凝剂输送的同时,实行间歇运行工艺,但在运行中,停输再启动后出现的压力、排量波动现象是不可忽视的。通过对中洛线间歇输送运行参数的跟踪分析,指出停输及启动过程中进入管道的“冷油段”是导致管道压力、排量出现波动的主要原因,波动幅度的大小与运行工况、停输季节、停输时间长短及停输启动操作等因素有关。针对这些问题,提出了相应对策。
