The optimum temperature of the disease development was 26℃- 30℃. Precipitation and RH affected the degree of the occurance. The epidemic was always severe after 5-10 heavy rain days. Tobacco plants growing in paddy field had more severe disease condition than in upland field, but tobacco plants growing in upland field also had severe disease in rainy years. The present widely-planted varieties such as flue-cured tobacco cv G80,K326 and honghuadajinyuan, sun-cured tobacco CV Xiaohuqing, and oriental tobacco TOY etc were all suscepitible to Cercospora Nicotianae. The denser tobacco plants are,the move serious the occurance is when an average control effectiveness was over 90%,the output value could be added by 702. 45 yuan/hm2with agricultural control measure as foundation and fungicide control as assistant means. The chemicals, 70% mancozeb,co% cenbendazol and 75% chlorothalonil had better control effect on frogeye leaf spot.

本文研究了烟草蛙眼病发病规律和防治方法。结果表明:烟草进入旺长期后,温度影响病害发生的迟早,候均气温23℃以上,相对湿度大于85%,降雨量5mm时始病。病害发展最适宜的温度为26℃-30℃,降雨量和相对湿度影响病害发生的轻重,往往在暴雨后5—10天,病害暴发流行。稻田烟比旱土烟病重,但多雨年份旱土烟发病也很重。目前生产上大面积种植的烤烟G80、K326、红花大金元,晒烟小花青,香料烟TOY等品种均较感病。随着种植密度的加大病情加重。采取以农业措施为基础,辅以药剂保护的综防措施,平均防效达90%以上,每公顷产值增加702.45元。对蛙眼病防效较好的药剂有70%代森锰锌、50%多菌灵和75%百菌清。

通过人工接种试验证明,在品种和小种组合一定时,大豆灰斑病的潜育期主要是由温度决定的,利用有效积温可以预测潜育期的动态变化。本文供试3个品种的日显证率与有效积温的关系可以用Gompertz模型描述,并获得了3个品种的显症率预测式。
