The standard of the allowable value for the inductive longitudinal electro motive force(e.m.f.) on the reinforced concrete pole's communication wire from an A.C.electric railway is a problem under discussion for a long time in out country and many others.This paper gives the definition of the inductive longitudinal e.m.f., the relation of the inductive longitudinal e.m.f.to the grounding voltage,and the factors for the standard allowable value of it.The author points out that the idea of the multiplication of the allowable current passing the human body by the resistance from the wire passing through the human body and the pole to the ground equals to the inductive longitudinal e.m.f.is questionable, and indicates the internal resistance of inductive longitudinal e.m.f. should be considered as an important factor.From the analysis and calculation, the paper gives the safe values, 60 volts and 430 volts, for the inductive longitudinal e.m.f.on the communication wire as the trolley wire is in normal and break down condition respec-tively.

受交流电气化铁道影响的水泥杆通信线路感应纵电动势允许值的标准问题,是国內外长期讨论的问题。本文论述了感应纵电动势的定义、感应纵电动势与对地电压之间的关系及决定感应纵电动势允许值标准的因素,指出了以通过人体允许电流与从导线经人体、电杆到地的阻抗相乘即为纵电动势允许值这一概念存在的问题,提出了必须考虑感应纵电动势內阻的观点,并对通信线路在正常通话状态和接地故障状态下,感应纵电动势的內阻进行了分析与计算,得出了在接触网正常运行状态取60伏、接触网短路状态取430伏是安全可行的结论。

本文依据在模型和现场测量的冲击接地电压的结果,对接地装置到冲击电流发生器接地体的距离、零电位参考点的选择、电压测量线的路径和电流线的架设等问题进行了综合分析,提出了测量冲击接地电阻的方法。

This paper proposes an approach to realize the integration of the calculation of three-phase power flow and ungrounding faults.This approach is based on forward and backward sweep method,considering characteristics of distribution system and multi-port compensation technology.In order to avoid calculation divergence when the grounding voltage is zero,the grounding fault is dealt seperately.Also,this paper presents a compensation method for PV node.

根据配电网具有辐射状、弱环网和三相不平衡的特点,在已有前代回推的基础上,结合多端口混合补偿技术,实现了三相潮流和非接地故障计算的统一。且将接地故障进行单独处理,这样就避免了一般潮流和故障统一计算中由于接地点电压为零引起的计算不收敛现象。同时针对配电网中存在一个或者多个PV节点的情况,提出了对PV节点进行补偿的方法。
