The paper describes the blackbody with adjustable temperature at about 500K, which was made in 1980. It is used for the calibration of the IR telescope and IR detection system. The blackbody cavity is heated by single chrome-nickel winding twisted unequally. The baffle and the outside wall are cooled by a small fan. The platinum resistance is used to control and measure the temperature of the cavity with an accuracy of ±0.05. The measurements indicate that the temperature difference in the effective isothermal region of the cavity (length 100 mm) is ±0.5℃, and that the temperature stability in the cavity is within 0.1℃ in the period of 5 hours. The geometric shape, the inside shape and the material of the cavity are considered carefully.

When the impending antiship cruise missile's motion vector alines with the axis of IR detection system, it is difficult to detect and track it by its trace analysis. A novel spatio-temporal filtering method is presented, which employs wavelet analysis and pixel value changing measurement. The images used in the experiments are composed of some real pictures and man-made point target (signals,) and the method is proved to be with high accuracy and sensitivity and low false alarm rate.

当成像系统与反舰导弹的运动方向在同一条直线上时,无法采用基于运动轨迹分析的时间滤波算法。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于小波变换的空间滤波与基于像素灰度值变化检测的时间滤波混合算法进行点目标探测。试验用的图像采用实际的背景图像与模拟的点目标信号相结合。试验表明该算法具有良好的探测精度和灵敏度以及低虚警率。

The current situation of the early warning IR detection systems of foreign armies is presented.Considering the various kinds of applied areas,the basic components and the technical indexes of some early warning IR detection systems which are loaded on space based,airborne,sea based and land based platforms are introduced.In the end,the future developments is prospected.
