    In light of their hospitals reform and development in the past five years, the authors summarize the new attempts that have been made in their hospital in selecting, training and appointing managerial personnel. Prominence has been given to openness in ways of selection, variety in means of training and flexibility in the system of appointments. For the purpose of the scientific development and rational allocation of the hospitals resources in managerial personnel and the full promotion of its reform in the personnel system, active exploration has been made so as to bring up a contingent of high caliber and professional hospital managerial personnel able to shoulder important tasks in the new century.

    Objective To find out the job satisfaction of hospital managers, and serve the constituting of managerial countermeasure and the improvement of managerial efficiency. Methods With stratified sampling and cluster sampling, we use general status questionnaire and Locke's job satisfaction questionnaire to investigate 302 hospital managers. Results (1) The satisfaction of the hospital managers is apparently under the norm on payment, promotion, boss, welfare and regulations. (2) The satisfaction of office directors is apparently under the charge nurse and the deputy superintendent. (3) The satisfaction of the managers in level A hospitals is priors to level B and C on boss. (4) The satisfaction of the managers with the certification of secondary specialized education is apparently priors to managers with junior college education bachelors, and masters on regulations. (5) The satisfaction of managers over 50 years old is apparently priors to the group of the range between 20-29 and the range between 30-39, the group of the range between 40-49 is priors to the range between 20-29. Conclusions The mental status of the middle level hospital leaders should be concerned, the rational distribution of payment should be strengthened, motivating hospital leaders with the contingency theories of leadership, the ability of hospital managers in level B and C should be improved.

    目的了解医院管理者的工作满意度,为制定管理对策及提高管理效率服务。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对302名医院管理干部进行一般状况及洛克的工作满意度问卷调查。结果(1)医院管理人员对报酬、晋升、领导、福利和规章制度的满意度明显低于常模。(2)科主任对晋升和沟通的满意度明显低于护士长、副院长。(3)三级医院的管理者对领导的满意度明显高于一级和二级医院。(4)中专学历的人员对规章制度的满意度明显高于大专、本科和硕士学历者。(5)50岁以上的管理人员对工作性质的满意度明显高于20-29岁、30-39岁2个年龄组;40-49岁也明显高于20-29岁年龄组。结论医院中层业务领导的心态值得关注,应该更加注重报酬分配的合理性,用权变的观点激励医院管理干部,一、二级医院的管理者的管理水平有待提高。

    Objective To investigate the occupational stress of hospital managers and their knowledge in managerial psychology,according to which we can manage the occupational stress well. Method managerial psychology questionnaire and occupational stress inquiry were used to investigate 290hospital managers by stratified and systematic sample.Results (1)Lack of managerial psychology knowledge,hospital managers'level in applying them is limited.(2) The top 4 occupational stresses of hospital leaders are overload work,intense market competition,high medical risk and more medical tangles,developing rapidly in science and technology,lack of knowledge. Conclusions We should attach importance to hospital managers training in managerial psychology and take diff rent measures to relieve their pressure effectively.

    目的了解医院管理者的主要压力来源及对管理心理学知识的掌握情况,掌握现代医院管理者的知识储备情况,为压力管理提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对290名医院管理干部进行管理心理学知识及压力源问卷的调查。结果(1)医院管理人员对管理心理学知识认识不足、掌握不够、应用有限。(2)医院管理者感到压力最大的前4个原因是:工作超载;市场竞争的激烈;医疗风险大,纠纷多;科技发展迅速,知识不足。结论应重视对医院管理干部的管理心理学知识的培训,采取多种措施,进行有的放矢的减压管理。
