串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium monilifome Sheldon)引起的玉米穗粒腐病近年来已成为我国玉米上的主要病害之一.试验结果证明,自交系的抗病性有很大差别,可由高抗到高感,二南24和330是高抗的,Mo20和Mo17是感病的.五对具有正常的和奥帕克-2(简称O_2)基因的玉米自交系用串珠镰刀苗接种证明,除高抗系外,O_2系明显比正常的感病.F_1的抗病性是超亲的或倾向抗病亲本的.抗×抗和抗×感的F_1都是抗病的,感×感的表现不十分感病.

The mean Popping percentage was 88. 6% with 27% of the lines more than 95%, and the mean popping expansion reached l6.4 times v'ith 3O% of the lines higher than 18 times, and the mean Popping volume was 2l. 31ml/g with 13% of the lines larger than 25. O ml/sg. No significant correlation between the ear characters and the popping quality was found, suggsting that further improve1nent of Th popcorn was available.

从泰国爆裂玉米TP中分离出30多个株系,对它们的生育期、穗部性状和爆裂品质进行了观察和测定。结果表明,绝大多数株系从出苗至抽雄期为68天左右,各株系表现出穗较长较粗、行数多、单株产量较高的特点,平均穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、百粒重、单株产量分别为15.9cm、3.4cm、15.7行、39粒、13.5g和71.3g。爆花率平均为886%,27%以上的株系高于95%。膨胀倍数平均为16.4倍。30%以上的株系在18倍以上。膨胀体积平均为21.3ml/g,13%的株系在250ml/g以上,穗部性状与爆裂品质之间只有微弱的相关,表明对TP群体进行进一步改良是有潜力的。

Corn hybrids from crossing 478 with different corn inbred lines as male parents were compared.The most economical method to prevent 478 seed from corn ear - kernel rot was found. And some excellent com hybrids that be suit for agricultural production in Henan province and resistant to ear - kernel rot (for example Yuyul2, Yuyu 18 agricultural ect)were selected. And they were used for agricultural production.

玉米穗粒腐病是世界性病害,它主要危害玉米种的果穗子粒,从而直接影响制种产量,造成严重的经济损失。引起此病的致病菌是串珠镰刀菌,它不随着玉米类型、胚乳质地、胚乳成分的不同而改变,但对不同的种核组成成分不同而有明显的选择性。为此,采用不同的父本亲本对478自交系进行杂交对比,从而寻找到预防478系玉米种穗粒腐病的最经济有效的办法;同时筛选出以豫玉12、豫玉18等为代表的适合河南农业生态条件,抗穗粒腐病的优良玉米杂交种,应用于农业生产。
