Results The earlier period apoptosis rate of thymocyte in the experimental group were higher than the control(P<0.05),and had ascendent tendency with the dose raised,the Fas protein expression in experimental group was stronger than the control(P<0.05).
Results The expression rates of PKC protein and the proliferative activity of 100 mg/L GPC group were 34.24% and 0.654±0.062,which were significantly higher than those of the control group by χ2 test and t test(P<0.05).
RESULTS: Bcl-2 protein expression positive rates and average optical density were lower than of normal group(P<0.05). Bax protein expression positive rates and average optical density in 1.0,5.0 μ mol/kg groups were higher than those in normal group (P<0.05).
Methods Clone the target fragment (CYP1A1-Wt, Asn~ 461 , and -Val~ 462 ) in T-Vectors into pBABE-neo, then transfer into the human embryonic lung fibroblast cells (HLF). The positive cells were selected by G418. The expression of CYP1A1 protein was measured by Western-Blot. At the same time, cells shape, growth of curve, and carcinogenicity were observed.
[Results]The geometric mean titer(GMT)and the antibody positive rate of meningitidis serogroup A were significant elevated from 1:5.76 and 69.05%before vaccination,to 1︰ 15.10 and 100.00%after vaccination.
