An investigation of the improved emission characteristics was made on asingle-cylinder test gasoline engine with two kinds of cylinder heads byadding hydrogen.Experimental results show that CO,HC,NO,emissionconcentrations can be reduced.With the hydrogen being added,the lean mix-ture limits with low toxic emission corresponding to the lean economicrange of fuel consumption are extended,so the economy can be improvedsimultaneously.For example,at the point of low fuel consumption CO con-centration of the engine fueled by gasoline-hydrogen mixed fuel (at addedhydrogen mass fraction X_h=3%) is reduced evidently (CO concentration is220 ppm) ,compared with that of the engine fueled by gasoline.A bettereffect can be achieved at low engine speed and load. The experimental results also show that the cylinder heads with differentcombustion chambers having different performances are all effective on reducing toxic emission concentration by adding hydrogen.The theoreticalanalysis was also made on addition of hydrogen to improve the emissioncharacteristics,thereby a basis for its application is provided.

作者用两种气缸盖在单缸汽油试验机上进行了加氢试验研究。试验结果表明,加氢能够降低CO、HC、NO_x排放物浓度,并扩大低有害排放物的稀薄混合气区域,该区域相当于稀的经济油耗区,因而同时提高了经济性。例如,在最低油耗点,与燃用汽油的发动机相比较,燃用氢-汽油混合燃料(加氢重量比率X_h=3%)时,CO浓度明显降低(CO浓度为220ppm)。低速、低负荷时效果较好。试验结果还表明,具有不同性能燃烧室的气缸盖,加氢后对降低有害排放物浓度均有效果。本文还进行了加氢改善排放特性的理论分析,从而为实际应用提供依据。

Catalyst γ Mo 2N with high specific surface area was obtained by the reaction of MoO 3 with N\-2\|H\-2 mixture instead of NH\-3. The results show that space velocity of mixed gases, heating rate and appreciate composition of N 2 H 2 are important factors for obtaining γ Mo 2N with high BET specific surface area. Catalyst γ Mo 2N with high specific surface area was obtained by the reaction of MoO 3 with N\-2\|H\-2 mixture instead of NH\-3. The results show that space velocity of mixed gases, heating rate and appreciate composition of N 2 H 2 are important factors for obtaining γ Mo 2N with high BET specific surface area. The water in mixed gases can reduce the specific surface area of the products and leads the product to generate metal molybdenum. It is found that γ\|Mo\-2N of high specific surface area is obtained in hydrogen\|rich mixed gases, and γ\|Mo\-2N of low specific surface area is produced in hydrogen\|lean mixed gases while MoO\-2 occurs in the products. The reaction proves that higher N\-2\|H\-2 space velocities and lower temperature ramping rates are attributed to get γ Mo 2N of high specific surface area by reaction.

利用MoO3 和氮化气 (N2 H2 混合气 )的程序升温氮化气固还原反应合成了大比表面积的γ Mo2 N催化剂。氮化气空速及其组成、程序升温速率对大比表面积γ Mo2 N催化剂的形成有重要的影响。提高氮化气空速、降低程序升温速率有利于高比表面积γ Mo2 N催化剂的生成。合成气中水的存在影响着产物的组成和BET比表面积的大小。XRD分析表明 ,当合成气中含有一定量的水时 ,产物中有金属Mo生成。在富氢氮化气氛下可获得大比表面积的γ Mo2 N催化剂 ;在乏氢氮化气氛下生成的γ Mo2 N催化剂的比表面积较小 ,且产物中存在一定量的MoO2 。采用两段升温程序 ,可得到比表面积为 16 5m2 /g的γ Mo2 N催化剂
