This paper reports the sampling survey of Paragonimus and paragonimiasis in 16 counties/cities as well as data review comprising 32 counties/cities. The results suggested the occurrence of natural nidus and/or infection of residents in 48 counties/cities and districts. Intradermal (ID) test in 2 800 persons from 16 counties/cities and districts showed a positive rate of 9.0%, the majority revealing weak reaction. Of the 242 positively reacted indivi duals, 169 were also positive for ELISA...

This paper reports the sampling survey of Paragonimus and paragonimiasis in 16 counties/cities as well as data review comprising 32 counties/cities. Intradermal (ID) test in 2 800 persons from 16 counties/cities and districts showed a positive rate of 9.0%, the majority revealing weak reaction. Of the 242 positively reacted indivi duals, 169 were also positive for ELISA (coincidence rate 69.8%). Crab consuming habit was common in people of the study counties/cities, especially in juveniles. Most of the ID test and/or ELISA positive individuals were asymptomatic. A total of 1 312 crabs caught from 16 counties/cities were dissected, consequently, 341 (26%) were found to harbour metacerca riae. Potamon fukienensis was the major second intermediate host, and Paragonimus westermani being the predominant pathogen.

本文报告了我省16个县(市)的并殖吸虫与并殖吸虫病抽样调查的结果,并结合上饶等32县、市、区有并殖吸虫及人群感染报道的历史资料,提示我省有48个县、市、区为并殖吸虫的自然疫源地或有人群感染。16个县、市、区用皮内试验方法共检查2800人,阳性253例(9%),男、女之皮试阳性率间差别无显著意义(P>0.05),反应强度主要为"+"的弱阳性反应(占91.7%),对皮试阳性的242例再用酶联免疫吸附试验,检出阳性者169例,阳性符合率为69.8%。各县人群均有食蟹史,以青、少年为多,病史询问绝大多数无症状。16个县、市、区共解剖溪蟹1312只,阳性蟹341只(26%),以福建溪蟹为主,其次有南海溪蟹属和束腰蟹十余种。病原以卫氏并殖吸虫为优势虫种。

Many researches on molecular mechanism of chilling tolerance have been reported in these years. In this paper, we give a review of four aspects. The chilling sensitivity of plants can be regulated by the level of unsaturated fatty acids in membrane lipids, which could be attained by controlling the action of glycerol_3_phosphate acyltransferase and acyl_lipid desaturases. The chilling tolerance can be strengthened, by transfering some genes encoding antioxidant enzymes, such as SOD, APX, CAT and GR. Some researches demonstrated: ABA is not only an important stress signal of low temperature, but also regulates the expression of many genes under low temperature, Ca 2+ is a major second messenger, protein kinases also take part in the signal transduction under low temperature in plant. The chilling_induced proteins or enzymes involve dehydrate proteins and heat_stable proteins.
