Numerical solutions are given for inward solidification of a high Prandtl number fluid with temperature-dependent viscosity in an isothermally cooled horizcntal pipe. Numerical solutions are given for inward solidification of a high Prandtl number fluid with temperature-dependent viscosity in an isothermally cooled horizcntal pipe. The high prandtl number fluid, which was housed in a pipe with a uniform surface temperature lower than the solidification temperature of the fluid, was initially in liquid phase. Transient flow patterns associated with free convections of the liquid and their effects on the development of the solid-liquid interface are presented in full. Variations of temperature distribution for both the liquid and the solid, and the interface position in the radial and axial directions are illustrated with time. The changes of bulk temperature of the liquid and the relevant Nusselt number with time are shown as a function of the Grashof number. The rate of development of the solidification interface is also given as a function of the Grashof number.

本文从高普朗特数流体所具有的共同特性出发,用数值计算方法对在壁温一定的水平圆管内、伴随着非稳态自然对流换热的高普朗特数流体的凝固过程进行了解析。从而使管内发生的自然对流的流动样相随时间之推移的变化、液固两相非稳态温度分布与自然对流换热的关系、凝固界面的形状及其随时间的变化、自然对流对于凝固速度的影响等原来所不清楚的问题得以明确。

To garantee safe transportation there should be taken the following technical measures, 1 . To install water jacket furnaces in pump stations, and to have pipelines insulated with yellow jacketed polyurethane and hot thin oil circulated at high pressure, etc; 2. To select steel pipes of high strength and make accounting of the properties of steel pipes such as strength, heat stress and stability; 3 . To prevent solidification of oil at varied phases passing through a station and to have all apparatus insulated to keep them from solidification; 4. To meet special requirement in construction, do pipeline clearing and preheating after pressure test and trial operation. The commisioning operation shows. The measures taken in design are proper, and construction meet the requirement of the design, the technical hard nut in transporting high pour point crude oil is broken with considerable economic efficiency, providing practical basis for developing such kind of crude oil on a large scale.

针对我国高凝原油的特点及管输沿线的地貌、地带气象条件。分析其特殊的流变性,认为高凝原油的输送温度必须高于凝固点,设计上提出以下技术措施确保安全输送。①各站设置水套加热炉,管道保温采用聚氨酯泡沫外加黄夹克,高压热稀油循环等;②选用高强度钢管及对钢管的强度、热应力及稳定性的核算;③在站内流动运行过程中各阶段的防凝和停运再启动,各设备的防凝保温等;④施工中的特殊要求,试压后的清管预热及投油试运等。 投产运行表明:设计所采取措施得当,施工达到了设计要求;突破了高凝原油输送的技术难关,取得了较高的经济效益,为今后大规模开发高凝原油提供了实践依据。

A simulation study of (hot) water flooding was made for the case study of the Jinganpu SS-section sandstone reservior in Damintun Oilfield. A low-cost recovery method using heat and electricity cogeneration system for the purpose of comprehensive utilization of energy was studied. A rational recovery method of HPPO was then proposed.

本文提出了一个适用于高凝油注(热)水开发过程的三维三相数学模型及易于求解的拟三相模型。在此基础上建立了三维拟三相高隐式数值模型。模型中考虑了地层中的析蜡过程和原油凝固及由此导致的地层堵塞。以大民屯油田静安堡砂岩油藏为例,应用编制的模拟件对高凝油藏的注(热)水开发过程进行了模拟研究。探讨了采用热电联供系统进行能量综合利用以降低生产成本的可行性,提出了高凝油的合理开采方式。
