The correction method of combination of artificial parent matching and the correction factors of spectrum interference were adopted in this paper.Approach have been taken place on the preparation of the standard, the selection of the correction factors and the longterm stability of the correction factors. Finally, the analysis method presented by this paper has been used for the determination of great amount of samples of the key projects in national 7th 5 years plan and 8th 5 years plan and reliable data were gained.
