概念性模型是根据城市径流形成过程及对水体影响变化的物理机理建立的一套数学模型,模型及参数均有明确的物理意义。本文用概念性模型求出了成都市街道地表物的累积量,降雨径流污染负荷量,并模拟了污染物对受纳水体的影响。

Based on the principles of the mass conservation and the linear superposition, the response relationship between the receiving waters and the pollution sources was deduced, and thecomputation model to control the total mass of the pollutants in the sea area was developed. Thepermitable mass of the pollutants in Dalian Bay, and the share ratio and the reduction ratio werecomputed. It is provided for the control of the pollution sources in Dalian Bay.

基于质量守恒原理和线性迭加原理,导出了受纳水域对污染源的响应关系,建立了海域污染总量控制的计算模式,计算了大连湾的容许入海负荷总量,各排污口的污染分担率和削减率,为大连清污染源治理提供了科学依据。
