In the view of reasonable selection of the friction couple, a systematicexperimental study simulating the operating mode has been completed on a constant velocity type friction test machine. In the view of reasonable selection of the friction couple, a systematicexperimental study simulating the operating mode has been completed on a constant velocity type friction test machine. The test friction couples consist of two types of material pieces of drilling rig brake blocks (molded asbestos and woven asbestos) and test disks made from five types of materials of drilling rig rims. In this paper, the influence of specific pressure, velocity and temperature on the friction and wear characteristics of friction couples is investigated and the better brake pair domestic materials are screened out; moreover, it is concluded that the tribological performance of home made ZJS -771 brake blocks are better than several foreign products of the same type, and that 18CrMnSiMoVA can be used as brake rim's material instead of 18Cr 3MoWB.

本文从合理选配摩擦对偶的观点出发,用两种类型的钻机刹车块材料(压制型和编织型)的小试样,与用钻机刹车鼓材料制成的对偶圆盘在定速式摩擦试验机上,以模拟下钻工况的试验规范进行了系统的试验。主要研究了比压、速度和温度对刹车副材料摩擦磨损性能的影响;并初步筛选出性能优良的国产刹车副材料,试验表明,国产ZJS-771型编织型刹车块的摩擦磨损性能已超过某些国外的同类型产品,而刹车鼓材料可用18CrMnSiMoVA取代18Cr3MoWB。

Based on the infinite variations of pressure and displacement of mud pumps driven through torque converters and using the basic formulas for hydraulic combutations for jit drilling, this paper proposes a graphic method of describing the operating condition of mud pumps. Based on the infinite variations of pressure and displacement of mud pumps driven through torque converters and using the basic formulas for hydraulic combutations for jit drilling, this paper proposes a graphic method of describing the operating condition of mud pumps. Taking the example of a 4,500m rig, and drawing a number of charts of the working conditions of its pump at different input Hp, with different driving arrangments, the author finds that in proper jit drilling, for a converter working at maximum efficiency, the input Hp of the pump should be 88% of its rating and the average strokes 94% of its rating.

本文提出了用绘制液力传动泥浆泵工况曲线来描绘其工作情况的方法。以4500米钻机为例,从分析其泥浆泵工作情况入手,求解出液力传动泥浆泵正常工作条件是:输入泥浆泵的功率应为其额定功率的88%,从变矩器输出轴至泥浆泵输入轴之间的减速比应使变矩器最高效率点的输出转速与泥浆泵额定冲数的0.94倍相对应。

Laboratory study of drag bit blade wearing rate has been carried out on a medium size test rig under surface drilling condition. The theoretical wear rate equation of drag blade height has been derived based on drag bit geometry and its frictional work. The regression equation of experimental data agrees well with theoretical equation. A preliminary approach to wearing shape curve of drag blade was made to help to determine bit life.

本文从刮刀钻头几何学和摩擦功等原理出发,推导出了钻头刀翼高度磨损速度方程。在实验室里,以地面钻井条件做了大量磨损速度的试验工作。实验数据的回归分析表明,试验结果与理论分析基本一致。为了确定钻头寿命,对刀翼磨损形状曲线也作了初步的分析和探讨。
