The surface structure of Clonorchis sinensis cercariae was observed under scanning electron microscope.The cercaria was of the parapleuro-lophocercous type. The surface structure of Clonorchis sinensis cercariae was observed under scanning electron microscope.The cercaria was of the parapleuro-lophocercous type. The measurements of the cercariae were as follows: body 137-240 × 62-90μm, tail 320-470 × 21-34μm, oral sucker 27-46 × 23-33μm. The ventral sucker was incompletely developed and much smaller than the oral one. The whole body surface was covered with backward pointing spines. Four horizontal rows of oral spines were found around the mouth opening of the oral sucker. These spines diminished in size with the distance of the rows from the opening and their numbers were 12,18, 19 and 18 respectively. Transverse and longitudinal plicae formed from tegument were found on the surface of the tail, being in connection with dorsal and ventral fins along posterior half of the tail. Many sensory structures or papillae were observed on the body. They were of three different types: 1) papillae with long or short cilia distributed widely on the body surface and around the mouth opening, the number of papillae with cilia on the body surface being greater than that described by Komiya et al(1940); 2) a few sensory fossa on the tail, measuring 1.0×0.6μm; 3) a few ring-type papillae with knob on the body surface with pore of 0.5μm in diameter (FigS, 1-8).

Codonellina biformis sp. nov. Zooids hexangular, arrangedin quincuncial series, distinct and separated by interzooidal grooves. Orifice lepraliform,`with a large U-shaped anter and a small lunar poster, and a robust obtusely triangularcondyle located at the boundary between the anter and poster at each side. Peristome thinand somewhat raised, without oral spines. Operculum equal to the orifice in shape and size,with a complete, robust chitinous sclerite around the perisphery of the operculum. Frontalwalls flattened or somewhat raised immediately proximally to the orifice, and uniformly perforated. Suboral avicularia varied in size and shape, usually directed proximally, or slightlyobliquely to one side, with a circularly triangular, semielliptical, or rectangular and spatulatemandible. Ovicells hyperstomial, immersed in the distal zooid to the fertilized zooid at theirbase, usually longer than wide, globose, and perforated on their surface.Remarks The most conspicuous feature of this new species is its colony being dimorphic, namely the colony is sometimes incrusting, unilaminar, and it is sometimes erect, biLamlnar. Some zooids in the gorwing margins of an incrusting unilaminar colony are trendedto grow upright detached from the substratum. The other conspicuous feature of this newspecies is the variation in the size and shape of the suoral avicularia. Generally speaking, thesmall obtusely triangular or semielliptical mandibles are trended to occur in a unilaminar incrusting colony, and large spatulate mandibles with a much expanded distal portion aretrended in a bilaminar Escharan (peony flower shaped) colony. This new species has a resemblance to Cud ̄t'na OPerculata Mawatari, 1956 in outline of the suboral avicularia andovicells of the bilaminar colony, but differs from that species in its opercula which have acomplete perispherical sclerite, and in its suboral avicularia whose sclerite is arched instead ofbifurcated, and in its Lepraliform instead of subcircular orifice.

This species differs from the most closely related S ditrematis (Yamaguti,1939) from Ditrema temmincki of Inland Sea in the size of body,eggs,cuticular spines,circumoral spines,testes and posttesticular space,and in the parasitic situation.

报道了采自福建省东山县海产鱼类肠道的2种复殖吸虫新种,即冠冕吸虫Stephanostomumcarangisp.nov.和鲈冠冕吸虫Stephanostomumlateolabracissp.nov.。模式标本存放于汕头大学科学研究院海洋生物实验室。
