This paper discusses the characteristics, principles and theoretic bases of calculating depth-duration of nodecompression downward excursion diving. On this basis, the method and procedures are recommended andformulas for its calculation are worked out. This high pressure and low pressure dual-functional chamber, after being built, has undergone teste of frogman air pilots, high pressure therapy treatment up to a thousand times and has passed 500m above sea level highland diving test as well as flying measurement of high altitude physiological test, of which the result turns out to be satisfactory and gets the recognition of specialists both at home and abroad.
