From 1961 to 1967, since the construction of the Yanguoxia reservoir had just been finished in 1961, and the Liujiaxia reservoir was going to be operated, severe damming of water behind ice jam repeatedly occurred in this river reach in series of winters about five years. In consequence, the high stages were nine meters higher than the mean water level in the winters, and almost approached the flood level with the frequency of 1/1000. The maximun thickness of piled-up sludge was more than ten metres in height....

The maximun thickness of piled-up sludge was more than ten metres in height. and so the main road and foundation pit of Liujiaxia were flooded. The working office and the living areas were threatened by flood.This article discussed some behavior about the ice jam and proposed a method calculating the water rising caused by ice jam based upon the field data observed from 1962 to 1966.According to the investigation on the developing process of ice jam over the years, it can be divied into three stages, namely, the forming stage, the stable stage and the melting stage.According to the form of accumulated sludge and the hydraulic conditions of the river reach the ice jam body can be divided into five parts: the head zone, the head transition zone, the stable zone, the end transition zone and the end zone.The water temperature and the hydraulic and morphologic conditions of river are the factors determihming whether the ice jam shape up or not.The temperature condition respondes the amount of the incoming slush in every ice period,and the hydraulic condition decides the diving velocity and the stagnate velocity of slush under the ice cover.Based on the analysis of field data the formula of critical velocity of the slush diving in this river reach is obtained:Vo=0.09gH~(1/2).The developing process of the ice jam is that the ice jam itself is extending both up-stream and down-stream and the highest water level occurs in successionn from one to another cross-section. The controling factors are: the incomming amount of ice from the up-stream and the flow velocity both at the head and at the tail of the ice jam.Several conditions of ice jam becoming stable in every river section and the relationship with the hydraulic factors and stability are stated in this article.Water temperature of the flow is the main factor to make the ice jam breaking up.How to determine the parameters in the formula is also presented in this article.At the end of this paper the reliability of the above method is illustrated using actual data.

1961年自盐锅峡水库建成蓄水后至1967年刘家峡水库建成前,连续5个冰期在此河段发生了严重的冰塞壅水现象.冰塞壅水水位较冬季平均水位高9米余,接近千年一遇洪水位,冰花最大堆积厚度达10余米,造成上游刘家峡大坝基坑及主要公路被淹,工程局的办公、生活区均受到冰塞壅水的威胁. 本文在1962~66年实测资料的基础上,对冰塞变化规律及冰塞壅水位的计算方法作了初步探讨.

采用黄河堤防轻粉质壤上,通过三轴固结不排水剪切试验探讨了土工织物铺设层数及方式不同的加筋土体的抗剪强度特性。结果表明,当筋层较少时.加筋土体的总强度不但不提高,反而可能下降,但有效强度指标增长显著;土工织物的加筋作用随着轴向应变的增加而得以充分发挥,在实际工程中宜将土工织物铺设在大应变区。

This paper discusses the superiority of electrical diving pumps in a sprinkler irrigation Projecton slope land on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of sprinkler projects in southern hilly area. Italso expounds the application feasibility and ekisting technical problems of electrical diving pumps tosprinkler irrigation project on slope land by contrasting different pump styles and pumping station design plans in a typical sprinkler imigation jproject.

本文在分析南方坡地喷灌工程特点的基础上,阐述了坡地喷灌工程选用替水电泵的优势,并通过一个典型喷灌工程不同泵型及泵站设计方案的对比,探讨了潜水电泵在坡地喷灌工程应用的可行性及其有待解决的技术问题。
