The air dive decompressiom table applicable to the depth ranging from 12 to 60 m consisted of 178 depth-time profiles with an increment of 3m. Based on the HaldaneZs theory, the table was calculated with the computer by applying 13 half-time tissues(5-120 min)and various coefficient of safe supersaturation in accordance with different dive depths and bottom times. 141 man-time simulated dives were conducted to 17 different depths and decompression were completed on 44 schedules. In our country, the 80m heliox saturation-100m excursion dive is the first practice of saturation diving technique developed from the simulated experimented dive to the open sea dive. Through the measurements of various endocrinic indices of divers before and after the dive, the levels of GH, LH/FSH, F, 17-OHCS were found to be significantly higher than predive. What accounts for the said changes are the physiological and psychological stresses caused by various physical, chemical and biological factors, especially hydrostatic pressure, the partial pressures of various hyperbaric gases and ambient low temperatures imposed on the organism. And this further demonstrates that bradycardia, arrhythmia and the rcversible changes of ST-T segment occurred in the divers under high pressurc are the results of the stress reactions mentioned above.

80m氦氧饱和—100m巡潜作业是我国饱和潜水技术由实验室模拟试验进入海上作业的首次实践。本文通过对潜水员氦氧饱和潜水前后诸项内分泌指标测定,发现GH、LH/FSH、F、17-OHCS、17-KS均较潜水前显著增高。引起上述变化的主要因素是机体对水下环境的各种物理、化学、生物因素,特别是静水压、高气压下各种气体分压及环境低温等所产生的生理和心理方面的应激性反应,进而说明潜水员进入高压环境后出现的心率减慢、心律紊乱和ST-T段的可逆性改变亦是上述应激反应的结果。
