It is suggested that the milling bit which can remove the chip smoothly should be applied to open the hole. PDC bits or tungsten carbide roller bits should be used repec-tiviely according to different rock properties. Diamond coring bits are utilized for core drilling. At the same time,pendulum assembly and net drilling collar assembly are employed to control the drilling quality and prevent deviation.

通过分析六盘山地区海参1井的钻探全过程发现,岩性对钻进速度影响较大,钻井中常遇到膏岩缩径、可钻性差,井塌、井漏、井斜等钻井难题,提出了钻头选型方案,即开孔时选用排屑良好的铣齿钻头;第二次开钻后针对不同岩层的岩性,分别采用 PDC复合片钻头及硬质合金牙轮钻头;在取芯钻井井段,选用金刚石取芯钻头。同时,采用钟摆组合钻具与纯钻铤组合钻具吊打纠斜,以控制井身质量。
