This paper theoretically analyzes the hydraulic system of the well-drilling machine and concIudes that the suction head of the muddy pump is used up by the drawdwn of the suction surface inside the drilling pipe due to density difference of the drilling mud with cuttings and the muddy water, the geometric installation height of the pump velocity head difference of drilling mud, and the total pipe losses at the suction side of the pump. This conclusion provides a primary theoretical basis for the choosing of...

This paper theoretically analyzes the hydraulic system of the well-drilling machine and concIudes that the suction head of the muddy pump is used up by the drawdwn of the suction surface inside the drilling pipe due to density difference of the drilling mud with cuttings and the muddy water, the geometric installation height of the pump velocity head difference of drilling mud, and the total pipe losses at the suction side of the pump. This conclusion provides a primary theoretical basis for the choosing of hydraulic system parameters and the calculation of the drilling rate. The pilot ran of the experimental machine in a loose stratum has successfully drilled to a depth of 205 meters: the drilling rate at 200 meters is 3.3 meters/hour, while the average drilling rate from 0 to 200 meters is 5-6 meters/hour. The measured drilling rate curve is a combined reflection of the drilling ability of the tool bit and the muddischarging ability of the hydraulic system. The paper also suggests that the measures to be taken to increase the feed efficiency at the surface layers are the increasing of drilling pressure, the increasing of clearance angles of the tool bit blades, and at deeper strate are the increasing of pump suction head as well as the increasing of the inner-diameter of the drilling pipe. Mechnical property of diamond coating being ultia hard surface coating directly affect its quality.In the paper,we measured and caculated the diamond coating on hard metals(WC-Co)tool bit by XRD,SCREATH TEST, UMH TEST,MICROHARDNSS TEST technoolgy.We gained residual stress of the coating,critical load between the coating and substrate. We did not gain microhardness of the coating by UMH TEST,then we analysed the cause.

金钢石(Diamond)镀层做为超硬镀层其力学性一能直接影响镀层的质量[1]。本文利用XRD.SCREATHTEST,UMHTESTMICROHRADNESSTEST等技术对硬质合金(WE-Co)刀具表面沉积的金刚石镀层进行了测量和计算;得出了镀层内的残余应力,膜-基间结合力,并对硬度值测不出的原因进行了分析。
