The racing intelligence competition computer system of Guangzhou race ground is a large real-time data collection,processing and control system. This paper presents the main design idea of it,and gives the design and implementation based on VMS of its system control mechanism which is a new idea for process synchronous control of Client/Server computing system.

26 domestic racing horses rested at the stables,their blood samples were collected in order to determine blood chemistry values,then these horses sprinted 1640m after 8min warming up,their blood samples were also collected at the end of warming up and 5,10,30,60min after sprint.
