In this paper, the effects of the operation parameters and the size of the hollow rod on wellbore temperature and pressure distribution are analyzed. Given the maximum operation pressure of hot water circulation, the optimum combination of circulation rate and initial hot water temperature satisfying the. wellbore heating demands can be determined by using a computer program. A smaller size of the hollow rod is recommended to improve wellbore heating and reduce the cost of hollow rod.

研究了特种有杆抽油方式优化设计与综合评价的理论模型,给出了地面驱动单螺杆泵的选择方法及电热杆和空心杆热流体循环抽油参数的确定原则.并编制了相应的软件。应用结果表明,该模型能够很好地符合现场,为高凝、高枯油田采油方式选择提供了科学手段。
