However,superior rate varied among the injuries with different causes,among which 96 2%,73 9%,and 40% with superior rate were observed in clear cut,power saw injury and extrusion injury.

Conclusion Modified Kesslers method with microsurgical techniques can treat clear cut and power saw injury effectively,but for extrusion it is need to use more effective method.
