The friction between the reinforced strip and the backfill material is linearly correlated to the overburden stress.

Finally,the mechanism and computing methods for bolting and shotcreting with a steel reinforced strip in unstable rock were studied. This research provides a theoretical method for design of a full column bolt with bottom plate.

目前,大部分全长锚杆增设垫板,并视围岩强度和施工时间施加大小不等的初锚力。为了定量分析垫板的力学作用和初锚力的支护效果,本文首先分别就软弱和坚硬巷道围岩采用带垫板全长锚固锚杆支护垫板的作用机理以及在无初锚力两种情况下受力分析和计算方法进行探讨。然后,在研究垫板破坏模式的基础上,推导出垫板破坏分析公式。最后还研究了在不稳定围岩实施加钢筋条带全长锚杆支护作用机理及喷层破坏分析方法。此研究为带垫板全长锚杆支护设计提供一个理论计算方法。

In this paper, fundamental principle and design gist are introduced about automatic forming die for reinforcing strip in refrigerator door-case. A new method is proposed for solving bend and twisty sheet automatic feed. The pratice proves the method is very efficient. And it has some reference effect for other similar design of automatic die.

介绍了门框加强条自动成形模的基本原理及设计要点,提出了一种解决弯扭片料自动送料的方法。实践表明,此方法行之有效,对类似的自动模具设计有一定的参考作用。
