SEP-3 rubbery-plastic sheet explosive has been developed by the present authors. In this paper the distributions of stress, strain and hardness in the explosively pre-hardened workpieces of high-manganese steels are discussed. The technology has been used for hardening of power shovel teeth, impact hammers, crusher jaws, the walls of cone crushers, grinding mill liners etc. in Chinese mines, resulting in an increase by 32%—91%(even 120% in some eases) in their service lives.

本文介绍了作者研究的爆硬SFP—3橡塑板片炸药,爆炸载荷作用下应力、应变、硬度分布规律,各种形状零件爆炸预硬处理以及国内一些矿山应用爆硬处理技术所取得的效果。实践表明,电铲铲牙、锤破机锤头、颚破机齿板、球磨机村板、圆锥破碎机内外壁等高锰钢铸件经爆炸硬化处理后,其使用寿命可提高32%—91%,最高达120%。

Vertical outline hob can not grind accurately. Vertical outline hob can be defined as a series of change site screw gear, and process error is eliminated as possible. And parameter is optimized to minimize error, to realize relief-grind machining.

针对铲齿工作环境恶劣,经常出现脆断、易磨损、弯折,使用寿命周期短等问题,采用不同C,Si含量的贝氏体耐磨钢,通过调整热处理工艺参数,获得不同的显微组织,使材料的性能得以改善。试验表明,含碳量低时,冲击韧性随着等温温度的升高而降低,当含碳量相同时,冲击韧性和硬度在310℃时最好,这说明不同的热处理工艺对该材料的影响,合适的工艺有助于其力学性能的提高。
