Objective To compare the sterilization effects between type NYO 3 3000S bed unit ozone sterilizer and type ZXC II ultraviolet sterilizing vehicle.Methods A comparative study was conducted by selecting two methods of ozone and ultraviolet sterilization.Results Both methods can strikingly exterminate the bacteria on the surface within bed units, but the sterilization effects of type NYO 3 3000S bed unit ozone sterilizor was better than later one (P<0.001). The ability of destroying surface antigen of type B hepatitis virus for both methods was greatly poor.Conclusion The penetrative ability of ozone is better than that of ultraviolet.It can exterminate bacteria thoroughly,and is suitable for the environment above grade II,While ultraviolet is more inexpensive and convenient, and is suitable for sterilization of the general bed units.

目的 比较NYO3 30 0 0S床单位臭氧消毒器和ZXC II型紫外线消毒车对床单位的消毒效果。方法 选择臭氧和紫外线两种消毒方法进行对照实验。结果 两者对于床单位表面的细菌杀灭效果均显著 ,前者对于床单位内部的细菌杀灭效果明显优于后者 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;两者对于乙肝病毒表面抗原的破坏率均极为低下。结论 臭氧气体穿透力强 ,具广谱杀微生物作用 ,床单位臭氧消毒器用于床单位内部和表面消毒效果较好 ;紫外线辐射消毒经济实用 ,用于床单位表面消毒较好
