The design and operation of an advanced drinking water purification plant at Qianguo Oil Refinery,Songyuan City,Jilin Province to serve its residential and production areas were described in this paper.The plant employs ozonation biological activated carbon technique to treat the filtrate from a conventional drinking water treatment plant being possessed of coagulation,flocculation,sedimentation and rapid sand filtration devices.The performance of the advanced water purification plant is very good,and the final output water meets the Chinese National Standard for drinking water quality.The GC/MS analytical results show that the final output water has only 5 organic micro pollutants without priority and potential hazardous ones,as compared to the filtrate from the conventional treatment plant with 115 organic micro pollutants,including 5 priority and 23 potential hazardous ones.

吉林省前郭炼油厂生产区及其居民区的优质饮用水净化水厂采用臭氧化生物活性炭工艺处理传统水处理厂的滤后水。传统水处理厂由混凝、絮凝、沉淀和快速过滤组成。该饮用水深度净化厂运行性能稳定,最后出水完全达到国家饮用水水质标准。GC/MS分析结果表明,最后出水中含有5种微量有机污染物,不含重点及潜在的有害的微量有机污染物,而传统水处理厂的滤后水含有115种微量有机污染物,5种重点有害污染物和23种潜在的有害有机污染物

The water coagulation and flocculation jar test method are systematically studied. Experiment apparatus, operation conditions and operation procedures are defined. Results indicate that this experiment can be applied for water of different quality range which including low-turbidity and light-colority water, and high-turbidity and deep-colority to get appropriate coagulation and flocculation treatment parameters that mainly include chemical additives and their dosoge, order of adding, pH,etc.

This article analyzed the contributing factors which affect the set point of coagulant dosage autocontrol system of fluctuation of transmitted light detecting in the field of general turbidity water treatment, laid stress on the changing of the turbidity of raw water. First brought a new scheme forward that is to build up the autocontrol system by the αvalue(α=R2 value detected at about 2min in flocculating process/R21 detected in raw water),and studied the feasibility of this scheme.

水的混凝(絮凝)投药自动控制对提高水处理效果及经济运行都具有重要意义。透光率脉动检测技术的检测值R能反映出水中絮凝体尺寸 ,从而可以作为混凝 (絮凝 )程度的一个指标来控制投药。本文对常规浊度原水条件下的透光率脉动混凝投药自控系统设定值的主要影响因素进行了分析 ,着重研究原水浊度变化的影响。首次提出以投药反应后2min左右处的透光率脉动检测值R2 与原水检测值的比值α作为自控制系统的控制参数 ,并对其可行性进行了分析论证。
