Results clinical follow up 13~48 months after the restoration of the implant superstructures, the results showed that the success rate in 96.15%. Conclusion The high success rate mainly depends on the strict indication, the correct operation procedure, proper selection of dental implant and the correct prosthesis design. Although CDIC implant can only be restored with fixed prosthesis and its precision is expected to be further improved comparing with some foreign implants, CDIC implant is cheap and has high success rate, so, it is applied to the chinese situation. 目的 探讨 CDIC纯钛牙种植体的临床应用疗效。方法 对 114例失牙患者共种植各型 CDIC纯钛牙种植体 15 6枚 ,术后 3~ 6月用固定种植义齿修复方法行烤瓷冠修复。结果 修复后通过 13~ 48月随访 ,种植体成功率为 96 .15 %。结论 严格的适应症 ,正确的外科操作 ,种植体的合适选择及正确的修复是种植成功的关键 ,尽管 CDIC种植体只能行固定种植修复 ,其精密度与国外种植体相比还有待进一步提高 ,但 CDIC种植体价廉、成功率较高 ,适合中国国情。

The fatique life was measured by the Instron 8511.20 materiel test machine which controlled by computer. 15kg force was applied to the crown's top at 13 times per second. The fatique cyclic was recorded by computer when the test was finished. The periotest value(PTV) were measured every 0.2×10 6 cycles and the test finished. The abutment screw elongation were measured at 72h...

Results: The average crown's fatique life was 15.3×10 6 cycles, and the abutment screw elongation at 72h after preload applied and the test finished were 11.5μm and 76.3μm. 目的 :探讨种植义齿部件松动的原因及预防方法。方法 :建立标准力学模型 ,在计算机软件控制下 ,用In stron 85 11.2 0型材料测试机以 13次 /s的速度将 15kg循环力施加于修复体上 ,每 2 0万次停机一次 ,测定修复体松动度 (PTV) ,当试验结束时 ,计算机记录下总循环次数 ,再次测定PTV ,并在预应力设置后 72h及试验完成后分别测量基台螺丝的伸长量。结果 :随循环次数的增加 ,修复体松动度增加 ,到试验结束时 ,平均循环次数为 15 .3× 10 6次 ,此时基台螺丝PTV为 9.4,预应力设置后 72h及试验完成后 ,基台螺丝伸长量分别为 11.5 μm和 76 .3μm。
