研究硝基苯催化加氢工艺,发现Pt/C催化剂比表面积与其催化活性关系不大,控制反应速度和反应工艺条件,可得到高收率的对氨基苯酚;控制反应时间在2h内可减少杂质二胺基二苯醚的生成,提高产品纯度。考察H2中O2含量的影响,发现在10×10-6~2000×10-6范围内,O2浓度对催化剂性能没有显著影响

A semidry and onestep method for the preparation of chitosan is reported. At first, the decalcified shell of shrimp is soaked in the solution of NaOH, then deacetylated and deproteinized under microwave irradiation for 15 minutes. The deacetylation degree can reach 60%~70% and the viscosity of chitosan is 53.6 mPa·s. Compared with the traditional method, it has some advantages such as shortening reaction time and lowering energy consumption,etc..

报道了以脱钙虾壳为原料,用NaOH溶液浸润然后在微波作用下一步脱去乙酰基和蛋白质制备壳聚糖;研究了影响脱乙酰基及产物粘度的因素;在适当条件下脱钙虾壳在微波作用下反应15min,可制得脱乙酰度60%~70%,粘度536mPa.s的壳聚糖,与传统方法相比简化了工艺流程,缩短了反应时间10~90倍,节约了能耗.
