In order to study the reasons and changes of infection rate in 10 epidemic areas of paragonimiasis in Fujian Province, we collected the materials of cercaria in snails, metacercaria in crabs, antigen intradermel test of adults and the fectors infecting these in the epidemic areas in the late 20 years. In order to study the reasons and changes of infection rate in 10 epidemic areas of paragonimiasis in Fujian Province, we collected the materials of cercaria in snails, metacercaria in crabs, antigen intradermel test of adults and the fectors infecting these in the epidemic areas in the late 20 years. As a result, Paragonimus fukienensis and P. westermani in 10 epidemic areas declined obviously. P. fukienensis declined to zero, the infection rate of crab in the epidemic area of P. westermani declined from 79.72%(405/508) to 47.4%(411/868)( P <0.01), and the infection rate of snail from 0.28%(23/8212) to 0.03%(2/5907)( P <0.01). But the infection rate of P. skrjabini of crab changed little from 46.03%(220/478) to 46.60%(48/103). Oncomelania hupensis tangi was the first intermediate host of P. fukienensis , having been eliminated because of the control of schistosomiasis. Because snails were eliminated when we poisoned fish in brooks and mice in houses or fields(mice are the final or transfer hosts of Paragonimus ) and mammals such as cats and dogs died by eating poison or poisoned fish or mice, the infection rate of P. westermani declined. The epidemic areas of P. skrjalric are gullies far from villeges, so they were not affected by poisoned fish or mice.

调查福建省将乐县等10 处并殖吸虫疫区感染率变化并探讨其原因,为本病流行病学研究提供新资料。收集前后20 年间疫区的螺、蟹、人群等并殖吸虫感染率和影响这些结果的因素资料。10 个疫区中福建并殖吸虫、卫氏并殖吸虫下降明显,前者下降至0 ,而卫氏并殖吸虫疫区的蟹类感染率由79 .72% (405/508) 降至47.44%(411/868)( P< 0 .01) ,螺类感染率由0.28% (23/8212)降至0.03% (2/5907)( P< 0.01)。蟹体内斯氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率变化不大,前后分别为46 .03 %(220/478)和46.60% (48/103) 。其原因:福建并殖吸虫第一中间宿主为湖北钉螺闽亚种,因防治血吸虫病而被消灭。卫生并殖吸虫疫区感染率下降主要与溪河毒鱼时殃及螺蟹,房屋与田野毒鼠(并殖吸虫终末宿主或转续宿主) 及致猫犬科动物误食毒鼠药饵或中毒的鱼、鼠致死所致。而斯氏并殖吸虫孳生地多为远离乡村的小山沟,不受或少受毒鱼、毒鼠的影响。

克隆TRAIL基因的 95 - 2 81位 (sTRAIL) ,构建表达载体 ,建立原核表达体系 ,优化诱导表达的条件。分离人外周血淋巴细胞 ,提取总RNA ,RT PCR ,克隆sTRAIL的cDNA ,构建原核表达载体 ,优化IPTG诱导的条件。结果 :(1)克隆了TRAIL基因 95 2 81位的cDNA ,DNA测序结果与报道的一致。 (2 )构建了sTRAIL基因的原核表达载体 ,酶切结果与预期的一致。 (3)转化宿主菌 ,优化IPTG诱导条件 ,发现 3mmol L ,诱导 3~ 4h表达最好。sTRAIL基因的克隆及表达为下游中试发酵及纯化奠定了上游的基础 ,也为研究TRAIL抗肿瘤的机制提供了可能。

Hawthorn spider mite (HSM), Tetranychus viennensis Zacher, is an important and damaging pest in apple orchards worldwide and has become the most serious pest on apple in north China. The hosts of this pest are mainly fruit trees of the family Rosaceae. To assess host suitability of deciduous fruit trees in family Rosaceae, a leaf disc bioassay was employed to investigate the influence of five species of deciduous fruit trees, which included apple, peach, plum, cherry, and apricot, on the development and reproduction of HSM in laboratory at 25±1℃, 60±10%RH, and 16L:8D. This was done by determining the developmental durations of each life stages, intrinsic rate of population increase(r_m), net reproductive rate(R_0), mean generation time (T), finite rate of increase (λ),and the times needed to double population size (Dt), of the spider mites on various species of host plants. To evaluate the adaptability of the mite to novel host plants, the same parameters were determined for three consecutive generations after HSM were transferred to other host species from apple on which the mites were reared. Difference of the life table parameters of the mite among host pants tested were analyzed with Jackknife methods.The results showed that there were significant differences in the durations of different developmental stages, fecundity, egg production per day, R_0, r_m, T, λ, and Dt when reared with these host plants. Complete developmental period of HSM was the shortest (10.912 ±0.476 days for females and 10.583±0.404days for males) when fed peach and the longest (13.279±1.315 days for females and 12.367±0.915 days for males) when fed cherry. However, plum might be more suitable for HSM among the plants tested due to shorter developmental period, higher value of R_0,λ, and r_m (34.359, 1.1893 and 0.1734 respectively), while cherry might be less suitable for the mite due to longer developmental periods, lower values of R_0, λ, and r_m (13.7131,1.1383 and 0.1295; 13.5893,1.1397 and 0.1308 respectively).Analyses indicated that developmental durations of various life stages except eggs of the mites extended in the first generation after mites were transferred from apple to novel host plants (peach, plum, cherry, and apricot). The effect of transferred to novel host plant faded in succeeding generations. When compared with that of their original host plants, the durations of larvae, protonymphs, and deutonymphs fed on cherry and apricot in first generation after transferred exhibited significant difference, but no obvious difference was detected in those fed on peach and plum in the same generation. The values of life table parameters, i.e., R_0, r_m, and T, for the first generation on four species of transferred hosts were 11.833 ±1.022, 0.1011±0.003, and 21.564±0.474 for apricot, 10.382±1.114, 0.0993±0.003, and 22.679±0.743 for cherry, 13.844 ±1.162, 0.1366±0.003, and 18.48±0.414 for peach, 33.753±1.388, 0.1671±0.003, and 21.216±0.516 for plum, suggesting the navigate effects imposed by transferred hosts on the population growth of the mite. The same parameters for the second generation on peach and plum, i.e., 15.377±0.973, 0.1514±0.002, and 18.277±0.335 and 34.369±1.314, 0.1721±0.002, and 20.576±0.349 respectively, approached that of their original host respectively, suggesting that spider mites adapted to the new hosts, however, the mites adapted to cherry and apricot in the third generation.

室内采用叶碟饲养的方法研究了苹果、桃、李、樱桃和杏等不同果树对山楂叶螨Tetrancychusvienensis生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明,在李树上山楂叶螨的发育历期短、生殖力强、存活率高,rm值大,而在樱桃和杏树上该螨的发育历期长、生殖力弱、存活率低、rm值小。寄主转换试验结果表明,当山楂叶螨由苹果转移至樱桃和杏树时,其生长发育的历期显著延长,rm值大幅度降低;而由苹果转移至桃树和李树时,其生长发育的历期虽也有所延长,但差异不显著,rm值则明显降低。表明山楂叶螨对新寄主的适应因不同寄主而异,在桃和李上经历1代后即可适应,而在杏和樱桃上经历2代后才能适应新的寄主。
