In this paper we propose a method of measuring the time delay for the system of long wave timing receiver inclusive of loop antenna and feeder as well. The measuring errors have been analysed and the values of time delay obtained by measurements have also been given for receiver model Loran-C, 2000C and model PO20.

The stability criterion and the analytic equations of stable regions expressed by parameters of both power system and compensator are given. The efferts of various control variables on dynamical stability are investigated. A linear multivariable control scheme using local state variables is proposed. It is shown by analysis that a static compensator is far more effective than a synchronizing compensator to damp an oscillation.The conclusions of this paper are proved by characteristic root technique and digital simulation on a nonlinear model.

本文研究了静止无功补偿器的调节对单机无限大系统的静稳定的影响。建立了系统的数学模型,根据小振荡稳定性理论分析了失去静稳定的两种形式。用系统和补偿装置的参数构成稳定域的表达式,分析了各种控制变量对系统静稳定的影响,证明了多变量反馈控制的优点以及减小速度信号通道时延的重要性。通过对同步功率和阻尼功率的分析,对文中所得的结论作了进一步的物理解释,为了工程上便于实现,提出了利用补偿器当地能获得的参变量进行调节控制的方案。证明了静止补偿器抑制振荡的能力比同步补偿机有效得多。为有效地利用静止补偿器的调节作用,应尽量将其设置在靠近系统阻抗中心处。文中所得的结论被特征根技术和非线性模型上的数字仿真所验证。

This paper presents the limitations and calculation of two-parameter transient recovery voltage of direct and synthetic circuits in high power tect station by a dimensionless parameter method. It also shows that some reduction in the peak value of power-frequency recovery voltage of synthetic circuits must be made to conform with the equivalent requiem-nts between the synthetic and corresponding direct circuits during the interaction period.

分析了直接试验和合成试验回路中,包括时延在内的二参数瞬态恢复电压的波形调节范围;指出了集中参数型试验回路的一些限制;论证了为保证合成回路和直接试验回路在相互作用阶段的等价性,必须适当降低合成回路中工频恢复电压之理由;比较了三种计算包括时延在内的二参数瞬态恢复电压的方法。
