本文用乙醇代替二甲基甲酰胺作溶剂溶解吡唑酮,在pH70的溶液中比色定量测定氰化物。氰化物在0~1μg/25ml符合比尔定律。在630nm处,摩尔吸光系数ε=80×104。6次标准曲线相关系数为09996~099992。若按取样250ml蒸馏测定,方法的检测下限为00006mg/L。平均回收率953%,相对标准偏差为08~60%。其显色反应的选择性、稳定性、重现性均较好。显色液较稳定、易保存、无毒性。
