It is somewhat different from that obtained by Y. Y. Hung. Using two concepts, which are the directional aperture of recording pupil and the boundary of diffraction halo of spatial spectrum by Fourier transformation from specklegram, two equations corresponding to the areas of lightand dark fringes have been deduced. Experimental results for demonstration are provided, and the optimum figure of bandpass spatial filter is proposed.

本文分析了散斑错位照相术的空间频率成分,得到条纹纯暗区的散斑结构等同于两个半圆透镜散斑像场非相干迭加的结论,该结论有别于Y.Y.Hung的结果。还使用记录光瞳的方向孔径与散斑谱晕周界两个概念,分别计算了条纹纯亮、暗区域所对应的谱晕周界方程。对以上结论进行了实验验证,并附带提出了带通滤波器的最佳图形。该结果不仅可用于进一步改善错位照相条纹的质量,也对电子散斑错位干涉仪的研究有益。

The calculation was made and its results were compared to those of the diffracted integral. The result shows that our method can improve the calculation efficiency.

以圆形函数可近似展开为有限数目的复高斯函数叠加为基础 ,推导出部分相干高斯 谢尔模型 (GSM )光束通过圆形光阑透镜的轴上聚焦光强分布的解析计算公式 ,并与衍射积分方法所得的结果进行比较分析。结果表明 ,复高斯函数叠加的方法能极大地提高计算效率。
