本文报告用硫酸镁离子导入方法治疗牙本质过敏症。在经过动物实验测得合适的浓度(4%溶液),电流强度(2毫安)和导入时间(3分钟)。通过电镜扫描和自动定性分析证明了镁离子导入牙本质小管。经组织病理学检查,牙髓组织表现轻微反应,4周后逐渐恢复正常。临床应用镁离子导入治疗178例,1次痊愈率为62.4%,有效率近100%。25周后随访观察疗效稳定,无1例复发。亦无不良副反应。这显示硫酸镁是一种新的有希望的脱敏剂。

A new kind of castable aluminized explosive is introduced in this paper.One type of high efficiency composite desensitizing agent system has been used to solve the problem of energy and desensitization.A sort of charging technology named double vacuum vibration control cooling method has been established to make explosive charge with high density and high quality at the sametime.

目的 :评估四种牙本质脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏的疗效。方法 :10名病人的 70颗牙本质过敏患牙分为 5组 ,Ⅰ组用 10 %氯化锶 ,Ⅱ组用 5 %硝酸钾 ,Ⅲ组用 6 %氟化钠与 6 %氟化钙混合溶液 ,Ⅳ组用 4 0 %甲醛 ,Ⅴ组用蒸馏水作为对照。用温度敏感试验检测牙本质过敏程度的变化。结果 :10 %氯化锶、5 %硝酸钾、6 %氟化钠与 6 %氟化钙混合溶液、4 0 %甲醛可明显降低牙本质过敏程度 ,而以 6 %氟化钠与 6 %氟化钙混合溶液的脱敏效果最好。结论 :10 %氯化锶、5 %硝酸钾、6 %氟化钠与 6 %氟化钙混合溶液和 4 0 %甲醛可以有效治疗牙本质过敏
