High resolution white-beam topographs were taken of small CMT slices less than 1 mm2 with synchrotron at BEPC. The results shew that there are a number of crystal defects such as subgrain boundaries and lattice distrtion. These defects indecate that there is a certain stress inside the samples. In fact, the CMT crystal growth and device fabrication technology and be evaluated by the degree of lattice perfection. The relation between multielement detector array and crystal defects are discussed.

在北京正负电子对撞机国家实验室,用同步辐射拍摄了制备长波光导多元碲镉汞红外探测器的小晶片(面积小于1mm2)的高分辨率白光形貌相。实验结果表明:在碲镉汞小晶片中存在相当多的晶体缺陷,如亚晶界和晶格畸变区等。这些缺陷的存在说明样品受到较强的应力作用,样品晶格的完整性实际上反映了碲镉汞晶体生长和器件制备技术的应力控制水平。根据晶格的畸变模型,讨论了多元线列器件的性能与碲镉汞材料缺陷的关系。

Scan mechanism plays an important role in performance and quality of an optomechanical scan infrared imaging system.In this paper, the factors that affect the scan systems'sensitivity, such as l/f noise, cooling shield effect and nonuniformity of multielement detector, have been calculated; and then the disadvantages of detectors and the option of system band which affects imaging quality are analyzed. Scan mechanism plays an important role in performance and quality of an optomechanical scan infrared imaging system.In this paper, the factors that affect the scan systems'sensitivity, such as l/f noise, cooling shield effect and nonuniformity of multielement detector, have been calculated; and then the disadvantages of detectors and the option of system band which affects imaging quality are analyzed. Finally, a brief comparison between both of the scan imaging systems is made. It can be seen that the serial--scan system has the advantages over the parallel-scan system of system sensitivity, image quality, technical realization, cost and production possibility. Therefore, conclusion can be made that the option of optomechanical scan mechanism is an important factor in consideration of design and manufacture of an infrared imaging syStem, especially in commercial planning.

扫描体制对光机扫描型红外成像系统的性能和品质起着重要的作用。本文从l/f噪声、冷屏效果。多元探测器非均匀性对串扫、并扫两种体制的系统灵敏度影响作了分析、计算;从系统通带和探测器的缺陷对两种体制系统的成像质量的影响作了定性的分析;还对两种体制的相关技术、成本和可生产性等方面作了扼要的比较。从两种体制的分析、计算、比较中可以看出:串扫体制在系统灵敏度、成像质量以及相关技术、成本和可生产性等方面优于并扫系统。因此在设计光机扫描型红外成像系统时,应把扫描体制作为重要的因素加以考虑。作为产品的规划则更应重视扫描体制的选择。
