When the value of Rud is more than 1, not only the pump efficiency in viscous oil wells, but that in low-viscousity oil wells, can be improved. With consideration of the service life of oil pumping system, the value of Rud besing not more than 2 will be reasonable.

采用复合甘油配制成5种不同粘度的实验液体,分别模拟稀油和稠油,同时选择7种上下种程速比,在自行研制的抽油机井泵效模拟实验装置中,实验研究了上下冲程速比对抽油系统泵效的影响。从研究上下冲程速比对抽油泵漏失量的影响出发,建立了相应的数学模型。室内实验和现场试验的结果表明,在冲决基本相同的条件下,随着上下冲程速比的提高,产液量增加,泵效提高,能耗降低。当上下冲程速比υr>1时,不但能够提高稠油井更能提高稀油井的泵效。考虑到抽油系统的使用寿命,上下冲程速比不宜调得太高,一般以υr≤2为宜。

Using variable frequency equipment and program controller, we adjust stroke times per minute and ratio of up\|stroke velocity to velocity down\|strike velocity, work parameters and automation in the pumping unit. Applicatin of intelligent pumping oil system can increase production output and the power consumption is reduced. The efficiency of oil pumping system is improved. Production output per oil well every year increases by 160 t. Power consumption is reduced by 9.6%.

应用变频调速技术、自动控制技术改造现有的游梁式抽油机 ,实现了抽油系统的智能化 .采用变频调速器 ,可编程控制器等控制设备 ,使抽油机冲次以及上下冲程速比达到无级调节 ,优化抽汲参数 ,并实现了抽空控制 .现场应用表明 ,使用智能化抽油系统可实现增产、节能 ,平均每口油井年增产原油 160t,平均节能 9.16%.
