In recent years, frequency locked loops (FLL) have been used in some space communication, remote control and remote measurement systems as tracking filters to track the targets having great dynamic parameters or the signals with rapidly varying phase. Analytical and experimental results reveal that the characteristics of a 2nd order FLL are approximately equivalent to a 3rd order PLL, or even better than the latter in some aspects. In recent years, frequency locked loops (FLL) have been used in some space communication, remote control and remote measurement systems as tracking filters to track the targets having great dynamic parameters or the signals with rapidly varying phase. Analytical and experimental results reveal that the characteristics of a 2nd order FLL are approximately equivalent to a 3rd order PLL, or even better than the latter in some aspects. The emphasis of this paper is placed on analyzing the linear and nonlinear system characteristics of FLL, the conclusions are: (1) Although the linear model of the FLL is exactly the same as that of a PLL having the same order, from the point of view of "maintaining the loop linearization and insuring that the loop is locked", the performance of a digital FLL will be equivalent to that of a higher order PLL. A wider dynamic range can be expected of the FLL. (2) In contrast with traditional concepts, the acquisition behaviors of the FLL mainly depend on the discrimination characteristics of the loop, no matter what order the loop is. Hence, much better acquisition behaviors can be expected of FLL. Some other important properties of FLL, e. g. tracking ability, tracking precision, loop stability, transient response, etc., are also discussed in this paper. Analytical results reveal that the tracking precision and transient behaviors of the FLL are slighly worse than that of a 3rd order PLL.

在空间通信、遥控、遥测等领域,近年来国内外有些系统采用锁频环代替锁相环作为跟踪滤波器来跟踪卫星等大动态参数目标,或相位急剧变化的信号。理论与实践表明这种锁频环的性能大致与三阶锁相环相当,某些方面特别是跟踪大动态目标的能力还胜于后者。本文着重从理论分析锁频环的线性和非线性系统特性,分析结果证明:① 尽管锁频环与同阶锁相环的线性模塑是完全一致的,但在跟踪大动态目标时,从“保持环路线性和不失锁”的角度考虑,则数字锁频环的性能相当于高一阶锁相环的性能。实际上它有较后者更大的动态范围。② 锁频环的捕获特性基本上取决于鉴频器特性,而与环路阶数无关。这是与传统锁相环概念不同的地方。因此它有较后者好得多的捕获特性。本文还结合实际讨论了锁频环在应用上几个重要问题,如跟踪能力、跟踪精度、环的稳定性、瞬变响应等,指出在跟踪精度和瞬变响应二方面,锁频环的性能稍逊于三阶锁相环。锁频环的上述特性表明,它是有发展前途的。

本文针对防空系统中警戒雷达的跟踪滤波问题,采用了一种以目标飞行的航向角作为模型参数的卡尔曼滤波器。通过对航向角的实时估计,模型在目标机动或非机动的情况下、均能与目标的运动相适应。本文对航向角的估计提出了一种新的估计方法。使用该方法,航向角的估值在任何情况下都有较高的精度,从而使滤波器能较好地跟踪各种机动目标。

The Problems of Kalman Filter used as a tracking filter for densetargets are diseusssed in this article.It is pointed out that Kalman Filter will beprbiased because of the inaccuracy of identification for dense targets. Then, ani-moved filter is developed. The improved filter will be unbiased even for dense tar-gets.
