A theoretical model of the mechanical driving system and a dynamic friction force model for the guideway have been developed. The static and dynamic friction coefficients, the relationship between the viscous damping coefficient and the feed speed as well as other valuable results have been found by a series of experiments conducted on a CNC milling machine. It is shown that the actual dynamic friction force model coincides pretty well with the theoretical one.

本文建立了机械驱动系统的理论模型和动摩擦力模型,并通过实验,测出了导轨的静态和动态摩擦系数,找出了实验机床的粘性阻尼系数与进给速度的关系,还得到了一些有价值的结果。实验结果表明:实际动摩擦力模型与理论模型吻合。

The experiments of the viscous damping coefficient for a single-degree of-freedom system are described. The results of the experiments with various initiative and constrained conditions are obtained and compared with the theory. Thereby, a matter worthy of note in the experiment of a kind isspecially presented in this paper.

本文对单自由度振动系统的粘性阻尼系数进行了实验研究,得到了不同初始条件和约束条件下的实验结果,并同理论进行比较,从而指出进行这类实验必须注意的问题。
