本文对某 30 0 MW蓄能机组压力脉动进行了测试研究。就测点布置、测试系统基本参数确定、测点信号特性及其作用域进行了分析研究。测试结果表明 :导叶前后压力脉动总是显著存在 ,其特征频率为叶片倍数转频 ;水轮机工况 ,负荷为 2 0 0 MW时发生严重尾水管涡带振动 ,频率为 2 .1 Hz,此时在机组各个振动信号中都有该频率成分存在。其测试结果与分析结论对于机组疲劳设计、设备维护和测试系统开发有重要意义。

It is hard to make a little progress in water turbine stability problem at all times.More attention is paid to this problem in the hydraulic power plants of high head and large head variation.The vibration problem always exists to different extent at most of the large hydraulic power plants being operated.The hydraulic problem is one of the very important factors.In present research,Numerical calculations based on CFD analysis for 22 operating conditions are carried out to process overall optimizing design in the model turbine through its spiral casing,stay vanes,movable guides,runner and draft tube.And then a comparative test is carried out.To the optimized turbine,the occur of vortex strip under part-load condition and the takeplace of stall in blade press and suction faces are delayed.The result of optimization design is in good agreement with model test,and indicates that the turbine is characterized by superior hydraulic performance.

水轮机稳定性问题一直是研究的难点 ,对水头高、水头变幅大的电站尤其受到关注 ,且目前已经投入运行的大型水电站都存在不同程度的振动问题 ,虽然产生的因素很多 ,但水力问题是重要因素之一。本文结合龙滩水电站水轮机参数优化及稳定性研究项目 ,通过CFD分析 ,对模型水轮机的蜗壳、固定导叶、活动导叶、转轮、尾水管进行了全面的优化设计 ,模型转轮共计算了 2 2个工况点 ,经过优化的转轮延迟了小负荷区涡带的产生和叶片正背面脱流的产生。通过模型试验验证 ,龙滩水电站水轮机水力性能研究是成功的 ,研究成果达到了预期目标 ,CFD分析结果与模型试验结果基本吻合。
