In this investigation,the level of BP was observeb in 77 workers exposured to MMA and 57 of them employed over one yeaa was examined before and after working shift. The concentration of MMA was measured and the exposure time in a working shift was recorded at the same time. The result showed that the higher concentration of MMA in air, the lower average of the workers' BP, the more the number of workers with lower BP, the more the number of workers with descended BP after working shift, the greater the extent of decreasing of their BP. The result demonstrates that MMA has effect of decreasing BP to exposed workers. The effect is milder with the concentration of MMA near 150 mg/m~3, but it is obvious with that near 300 mg/m~3.
