This article first affirms the achievements of the "Front Three Gates" High-rise Flat Blocks, Beijing, in siting, saving land, selection of structural systems and diversity of housing design, and it also points out some problems and shortcomings existing in this project.(1) In the slab blocks, the access galleries are too long, being generally 20 to 30 metres. This is due to the inadequate provision of lifts, generally with only one lift serving 9 flats on each floor. Another shortcoming is that most of the access galleries were planned along the north external walls, thus heavily destroying the force-transmitting system of shear walls and resulting in great irrationality in structure. If cantilevered galleries had been employed, this defect could have been avoided.(2) In the tower blocks, the provision of lifts in not adequate, too. There is only one lift even in the 15-storey blocks. Moreover, each floor generally has one or two flats with unsatisfactory orientation.(3) The fagade treatment of the blocks is quite clean and neat on the whole. However, it is much to be regretted that a large number of access galleries have not been reflected on the fagades, and if they had been designed in an open yet not enclosed manner, the north fagades might have achieved more lively architectural effect.The writer also holds that structurally the high-rise flat block is more expensive in construction cost than the multi-storey one, and therefore it is advisable to set up fewer high-rise blocks, especially tower blocks.

The key of this image coding technique is the decomposition of the image into high and low frequency component and the image reconstruction from them. This paper presents a new way of image decomposition-Ordered Dither Matrix Matching that seperates the image into edge blocks and flat blocks. The edge block is processed by BTC (Block Truncation Coding), while the flat block is represented by its average greyscale. Computer simulation results show that the bit rate for a head-and-shoulder image is 0.701 bit/pel with subjective quality neatly similar to that encoded by BCT at the bit rate of 2 bit/pel.

理论和实验证明:把图象的高频和低频分量分别编码可获得较大的数据压缩比和良好的图象质量。高低频编码的关键技术是高低频分量的分解与综合。本文研究了利用有序抖动(Ordered Dither)矩阵匹配法检测边缘,从而把图象分成边缘子块和均匀子块,较好地解决了上述问题。本文具体介绍了边缘子块的检测算法和一个数据压缩方案,它对边缘子块采用BTC编码,对均匀子块用其子块灰度均值表示。对于有复杂背景的人头象,取得了0.701 bit/pel的结果。

Chinese Dioscorea species are divided into D. batatas Decne and D. alata L. on varital resource. D. batatas Decne consists of: Long Dioscorea varity (incl. cv. Lobed triangular leave、cv. Deep shake leave and cv. Long heart leave)、Bar Dioscorea varity D. alata L. is comprised of: Long column varity (incl. cv. White flesh and cv. Shallow yellow flesh)、Cylindrical varity (incl. cv.
