A Study on the Components of MgB2 Thick Film Prepared via HPCVD
      
Superconducting MgB2 thick film has been prepared via hybrid physical-chemical vapor deposition method on Al2O3 (0001) substrate by using B2H6 and magnesium ingot as raw materials reacted from 730 to 830°C for 40 min under 20 to 30 kPa.

应用扫描电镜技术和透射电镜技术,对41例重症病毒性肝炎患者肝组织进行超微结构观察。扫描电镜观察,肝细胞坏死分为三型,即虫蚀型坏死,厚膜型坏死和凝块型坏死。透射电镜观察,肝细胞坏死区除有淋巴细胞浸润外,还有较多单核细胞及少量浆细胞。提示其病变发生机制并不是单一的T细胞直接杀伤结果。

n this paper,the preparation of the ZrO_2 thick-film Oxygen sensors is reported. The sensitivecharacters and the stability of the thick-film ZrO_2 are studied. The experimental results indicatethat the thick-film ZrO_2 oxygen sensor is sensitive to oxygen with high sensitivity and high selec-tive ability.

本文报道了一种厚膜型ZrO_2氧敏元件的制备工艺,研究了该元件的氧敏特性及稳定性.实验发现,该工艺制备的氧敏元件,对氧气具有较高的灵敏度和很好的选择性,且比较稳定.
