In this paper,the isolation and absorption problems of machine-tools mounted on upper floors are em-phatically studied.From the viewpoint of the asymmetric multimounting elastic system,the transmissioncharacteristics of the structure-borne noise of a system is analysed by using substructure transfer matrixtechnique.For calculation a machine is assumed to be supported on a non-rigid foundation which basicallycomprises two end-clamped beams that lie beneath the machine and parallel to its length.By using the op-timum design of dynamic absorbers,the peak value of the total transmissibility is suppressed to about30dB nearby the fundamental frequency,which shows that the feedbach of the dynamic absorber is thewarranty of the successful design.

本文着重研究机床上楼后非刚性基础的隔振和吸振问题。从非对称多支承系统出发,应用子结构传递矩阵法,分析系统结构噪声的传递特性。以两根内阻尼小的两端固定梁作为非刚性基础,通过动力吸振器的最优设计,使最容易出故障的基础频率附近的总传递率下降约30dB,成功地实现了负反馈控制。
