The study was made for using small diameter logs and wood-processing residuals to develop new products and their application field. The spinal cord was cut at 2,4,6,8 and 10 hours to establish ventral compression injury model of spinal cord.The hemorrhage,degeneration and necrosis of spinal cord were observed by using naked eye,light microscope and electron microscope. RESULTS:All animals were involved in the result analysis.①Slight hemorrhage and necrosis of spinal cord were observed in 2hour compression group.The hemorrhage,edema and necrosis became serious, and neurons and glial cell swelled in 8hour compression group.Colloidal change was observed with naked eye in 10hour compression group.②Some cracked neurons were found under light microscope. CONCLUSION:Slight pathological changes are found 2 hours after persistently ventral compression of spinal cord,and along with the prolonged time.The hemorrhage,edema and necrosis become more serious and reach to the worse condition at 10hour compression group.The ventral compression injury model of spinal cord and pathological changes in experiment are coincident with those in clinic.The model with good repetitive and quantitative characters is an ideal model.

目的:构建一种和临床患者相似的脊髓腹侧受压损伤模型,并观察在排除实验因素的影响下脊髓损伤早期的病理变化过程。方法:实验于2001-08在广西民族医院动物实验室完成。将25只广西成年健康山羊随机分成5组:压迫2h组、压迫4h组、压迫6h组、压迫8h组、压迫10h组,每组5只。于T13椎体中后部额状面切骨,咬除椎弓根,在切骨线打入木条使椎体后缘突入椎管,造成前1/3占位,持续全麻固定,于压迫2,4,6,8和10h切取脊髓,造成脊柱骨折后脊髓腹侧急性损伤受压模型。大体观察和在光学显微镜和电子显微镜下观察脊髓出血、变性及坏死的情况。结果:每组有5只山羊进入结果分析。①大体观察:压迫2h组脊髓有轻度的出血、坏死;压迫8h组出血、水肿、坏死加重,神经元、胶质细胞肿胀;压迫10h组肉眼观察已有胶冻样改变。②光镜下可见:神经元部分崩解。结论:脊髓腹侧损伤被持续压迫2h时已有轻度病理变化,随着压迫时间的延长,出血、水肿、坏死液化呈现进行性加重,至10h时,脊髓坏死已很严重。实验中脊髓腹侧受压模型和脊髓病理变化和临床中的情况一致,重复性、定量性好,是一个较理想的脊髓损伤模型。

木材着火时火焰的传播规律将为木材在火灾场景中的行为提供重要参考,分析了木材燃烧的机理和影响木材燃烧时火焰传播速度的特征量,借助于实验的方法,研究了空间方位角和几何尺寸等特征量对火焰传播速度的影响.结果表明,方位角越小,不同尺寸木条火焰传播速度差别越大;火焰传播速度随方位角的增大而增大;木条宽度越大,火焰传播速度越慢.
