In this paper the author discussed Grashofsche conditions for spherical double-crank mechanisms and the kinematic characteristics of mechanisms in a number of special positions. The Chief purpose of this paper is to study the dimensional synthesis for planar and spherical dou- ble-crank mechanisms connected in series or combined with other mechanisms for a given motion. Many of the formulas and performance charts given in this paper have been found useful for these purposes. From the author's experience in solving Engineering problems an example is guoted and conclusions are drawn. 采用平面与球面双曲柄机构作为前置机构,和后置传动机构相串接,以实现多种机械所要求的给定运动规律,在各种加工机械特别是在纺织、印刷和其他轻工机械中,具有重要意义。本文首先对球面前置机构Grashofsche条件、传动最有利的尺寸选择、若干特殊位置的特性以及与后置机构的串接方式进行了探讨。在此基础上重点研究了平面和球面双曲柄机构与后置机构相组合,实现机械按给定运动规律特别是在一定角度范围得到近似定传动比的尺度综合问题。推导计算出各种情况下相应的设计计算公式、线图和传动比等值线图等。文中并附有作者在生产实际中分析计算的应用实例。 The type selection of tea manufacturing machine is an important basic work for building of tea prepartion manufactory.This article discussed the basic principles of the type selection of tea manufacturing machine, i.e, good quality of tea processing,fine mechanical property,nigh economic effect, we analysed the character of properties of different green tea preparation machines.Based on the analysis we suggested the types of tea preparation manufactory in Henan province. 制茶机械的选型是初制茶厂建设的一项重要基础性工作,选型是否合理直接影响到茶叶品质和茶厂的经济效益。本文论述了制茶机械选型的基本原则,即制茶品质好,机械性能优,经济性能高;分析了各种绿茶初制机械的性能特点;在此基础上提出了适于我省绿茶初制茶厂选用的茶机类型。 This paper, on the basis of the noise analysis and diagnosis for rolling bearing ball manufacture machine, analyzed radiant mechanism of shock noise and the damping technigue is used to treat the high working noise of the machine. By the confirmation of experiment research and practical application, the working noise of the machine has been reduced by 11dB(A). In this way, a sucess-ful instance is created about noise treatment for the machine operating in such a hard working environment...
