The article is a test report on the improvement of students health. It sho-ws that through physical training of the medium range exercise for a long time, the students in weak constitution have distinctly improved themselves in the figure, function and quality of their bodies. After four terms, the average height of 30 students rose from 166cm.to 171.26cm. (p<0.01) ; the average of their weight from 54.5kg to58.83kg. (p<0.05); the chest measurement from 77.63cm to85.2cm p<0.01); the vital capacity from 3374.66ml...

The article is a test report on the improvement of students health. It sho-ws that through physical training of the medium range exercise for a long time, the students in weak constitution have distinctly improved themselves in the figure, function and quality of their bodies. After four terms, the average height of 30 students rose from 166cm.to 171.26cm. (p<0.01) ; the average of their weight from 54.5kg to58.83kg. (p<0.05); the chest measurement from 77.63cm to85.2cm p<0.01); the vital capacity from 3374.66ml to 4013ml. (p<0.01); the beat of pulse at rest dropped down from 77.63 times per min. to 67.6 times per min. (P<0.01); drawing-up (on the horizontal bar) increased from 5.16 times to 15.4 times(p<0.01); spring rose from 40.46cm. to 56.83cm(p<0.01); 100 metre sprint from 16.46 seconds to 13.75 seconds (p<0.01); 1500 metre sprint from 6 minutes 3 seconds to 5 minutes 42 seconds(p<0.01); adaptability from 11.68 seconds to 10.3 seconds (p<0.01); the percentage of the students who were up to the standard of training rose from 0 % to 93%. This article also introduces in detail the ways and means of the medium range exercise.

By using the laser-electronic timing method,the auther of this paper measured the rotating speed of the knen joints and the running speed of the sprint,and also studied the correlation between them. The results show: 1)there are apparent differences in the rotating speed bet-ween tow knee joints,2)there are apparent differeces in the rotating speed of the knee joints between male and female,and 3)there are correlations between the rotating speed of the knee joints and the running speed of the sprint...

本文采用光电记时法对人体膝关节转动速度进行测定,并在此基础上对膝关节转动速度与短跑速度进行了相关分好。研究结果表明:(l)、两膝关节转动速度存在着明著的差异(p<0.01),(2)、膝关节转动速度在男女之间存在着明显的差异(p<0.01),(3)、膝关节转动速度与短跑速度存在着相关关系(r=-0.341—-5.38,p<0.01)。

Limited by a specific distance, the good and bad starting technique quite often plays a very important role in sprint of athletics. The study has made an approach of the starting technique of this evenfrom the following aspects : 1) the proper choice of the starting techt nique; 2) the rotary moment of force produced at start and starting balance; 3) reaction time and athletes'attention at start; 4) the technique of start dash.
