Specimens were austenitized at 1020℃ and cooled subsequently at different cooling rates so as to obtain such a structure comprising different fractions as the ferrite (F) , the pearlite (P) and the granular bainite (GB). The relation between the plastic strain at bent fracture and the structure was also studied. Futhermore, the distribution of slip bands, the variation of microhardness of both the proeutectoid ferrite and the ferrite within granular bainite (i.e., the matrix of GB) and the initiatitn of cracks have been observed.In conclusion,1. All the energies of the fracture, the crack initiation and the crack propagation at bent fractures decrease with the increase of GB fraction. The fracture energy decreases rapidly as GB fraction is smaller than 25% but decrease slowly as GB fraction is over 25% (see fig.3).2. Energies of crack initiation and fracture are linear with the width reduction and width increment of specimens respectively under static bending (see fig.6 and 7).3. The fracture is converted gradually from plastic to brittle with the increase of the fraction of GB in specimens.4. The slip bands are well-distributed in proeutectoid ferrite grains and of uniform width, but for the matrix of GB the uniformity disappear.5. By electron microscopic scanning, the micrccracks are initiated at (1) the interface of the matrix with the "MA island" in GB, (2) the slip bands in GB or ( 3 ) somewhere the inclusion lies. The quasi-cleavage micro-cracks in the 15MnVTi steel specimen probably initiate at the former two positions. That is the reason why the fracture energy under static bending is so small when the GB fraction is predominant in such a structure of the microalloyed C-Mn steel.

本文研究 15 MnVTi 钢静弯特性与钢中粒状贝茵体数量之间的关系。试验结果表明其静弯曲线形态、断口形貌、断口塑性变形量、断裂能等均与钢中粒状贝茵体数量之间有密切关系。在弹塑性弯曲阶段铁素体和粒状贝茵体中滑移带的出现和分布以及加工硬化趋势并不一样。扫描电镜观察发现粒状贝茵体中岛屿与基体的界面和粗大的滑移带是微裂纹的起源,所以具有粒状贝茵体的 15MnVTi 钢其静弯断裂能低。

本文研究了细化 Ta 丝晶粒和制备工艺可行性两者间的相互制约关系。提出了 Ta 丝的晶粒组织模型,导出了 Ta 丝最佳晶粒度的理论公式,即d_o∶t∶=θφ/(|λA-λ(?)|sinλA),当φ=600μm时,d_o∶t∶=41.4μm。实验室研究结果和生产验证试验都支持了最佳晶粒度的理论。

Fabrication technique of discontinous carbon fiber reinforced copper-5%tin matrix materials was studied. The Carbon fiber was well composited with the copper and tin powder without pressing. The dense composites with the carbon fiber volume content ranging from 10% to 50% were made in the given technology. The fiber homogeneously distributed in the matrix and has a random orientation. The properties of the composites such as hardness、electric resistance, coefficient bending strength, tribological behavior...

The properties of the composites such as hardness、electric resistance, coefficient bending strength, tribological behavior were tested and the effect of the fiber content on the properties of the materials were also disscaussed. Furthermore, the bending fracture and wearing surface were observed by the use of scanning electron microscope.

研究了用作连续碳纤维增强铜-5%锡基复合材料的制造工艺,实验表明:热压能使碳纤维与铜粉、锡粉良好地复合,在给定的工艺条件下,制成了碳纤维的体积含量V_f=10~50%的接近完全致密的碳铜复合材料,碳纤维均匀地分布于基体中并具有随机的取向。对该材料的硬度、电阻率、弯曲强度、摩擦磨损等多种性能进行了测试,讨论了碳纤维的含量对材料性能的影响,并对弯曲断口及磨面进行了扫描电镜分析。
