These techniques were divided into three groups according to the shortening ofthe radius of body rotations during the giant swing; Category 1. Category 2 and leg splitting. In terms of the structures ofmovements, they were divided into down swings in handstand, passing over the low-bar, leg whips and release of the grip,the technique of passing over the low bar being most crucial. It was also noted that, during the down swing in handstand,the body of the perfomer did not exert any force in any direction on the bar when the centre of gravity was so positionedthat θ=71. 71°±0. 377°. At this point, F=0 and a "weightless time phase" was attained.

This study, by the kinematic analysis of three types of Thatschev, provides the theoretical concept which thinks that instantaneous turning center is a major factor in reaching ideal brake rate while taking foot as the center. This theoretical concept has an important reference value in developing this type of exercises, meanwhile, it also finds out that during giant swing backward and counter swings, the fastest velocity of center of gravity is before the vertical plane under bars, which is a supplement...

本文通过对三种类型特卡切夫的运动学分析,提出了以脚为中心的瞬时转动中心是达到理想制动率的理论概念,这一理论概念对发展该类动作有重要参考价值。同时又发现在向后大回环振浪下沉过程中,重心最快速度是在杠下垂直面之前,这对技术理论是一个补充。

One-arm giant swing hasn't been completed on high low bars in the world gymnastics competitions till now. Fan Xueying successfully completed this exercise in the 6th National Games and won the First Prize of Creation by the State Physical Culture and Spoors Commission. She proved the feasibility of developing onearm giant swing on high low bars by her practice and provided valuable experience as well.
