Mechanism of dry etching damage and main causes for RIE induced- damage are investigated with RIE technique by utilizing PIN photodiodes.Damage and contamination on etching facet result from ion bombardment and electron and ultarviolet radiation.RF power plays an important role in damage on the sur- face.Annealing may reduce damage level and even eliminate damage caused at lower power.

So the flow power play an important role intransporting and depositing placer-golds in Altai Mountains.
