If electricity sellers are paid a discriminatory price, the final purchase price to each seller differs when their bidding price curves are different, though the total payment is less than that with the uniformprice mechanism. The uniformprice settlement rules provide fairness in the energy trading and provide market participants with information concerning the real cost of electricity generation.

目前电力市场中的电价结算规则有两种不同的模式,即"一机一价"结算模式和按"全网统一电价"结算模式。不同的结算方式必然会对市场竞争产生不同的影响。该文首先总结了竞争市场建立的前提条件,并在数学模型的基础上,对两种结算方式的特点进行了定性和定量的分析。研究表明,采用"一机一价"的结算方式可以体现出不同机组之间结算电价的差别,实现总购电费用的最小化;采用按"全网统一电价"结算方式有可能更好地满足市场公平性要求,而且其结算电价可能更好地反映资源的真实成本。
