After the paper "A General Computer Program of the Thermodyna- mic Properties for Fluorinated Hydrocarbons" written by this paper's authors, the authors have solved the problem of computer program for single stage compression refrigeration cycles for twelve freons. For theoretic refrigeration cycles, the input data supplied to the computer are only condensing temperature, evaporating temperature, superheated temperature at suction state and subcooling temperature before throuttling. For practical refrigeration cycles, some additional input data are neca- ssary. Output data of this program are thermodynamic properties at the characteristic points of the theoretic refrigeration cycle and the chara- cteristic values of the cycles. Using this program the calculating speed and accuracy can be increased. Inaddition, the paper has recommend a new thermodynamic calcul- ating method for using hermetically sealed compressor in the refrigera- tion cycles.

This paper presents an equation for calculating cooling capacity of an air conditioner, It also analyses the laws of changes and their functional relationships in cooling capacity corresponding to the atmospheric pressure, the air volume rato and the condensing temperature, which is of commonly practical significance in simplifying the thermotechnical performance test, selecting the best pattern for design and adjusting the operations of an air conditioner.

In this paper, the experiment of thermal performance of the rolling piston type refrigerating rotary compressor with R502 and R22 has been carried out at various evaporating and condensing temperatures. By comparision with the performance parameters of the compressor with R502 and R22, it is indicated that the refrigeration capacity and the volumetric efficiency increase and the discharge temperature decreases to some extent for the compressor with R502. Furthermore, the compressor with R502 has an obvious improvement on energy saving at lower evaporating temperatures and higher condensing temperatures. The experiment shows there are a particular corresponding relationship between the EER and the pressure ratio. The relationship for the compressor tested has been gained.

对同一台小型滚动转子压缩机,分别使用R502和R22进行变工况下的整体热力性能试验,通过对比二者的性能参数,表明使用R502可使制冷量和容积效率有所提高,排温有所下降,提高了压缩机的可靠性,延长了制冷机的寿命,并且在蒸发温度较低、冷凝温度较高的场合,采用R502具有较明显的节能效果。此外,实验还表明,制冷系数与压力比有一对应关系,并拟合出了该关系式。
